My choice today when I felt disappointed with myself was to work off the frustration through sweat and endorphins. With 35 minutes of heart pumping, 600 calorie burning, cardio!
Rather than eating my way into a whole which would solve nothing I made a different choice. To stop the old habits and make a new one, which was conducive to the change I want to see.
Today I realized I want the change more than I fear the change!
