Saturday night, I decided baking at 11PM was a great idea, even though it was still 90 degrees in the pacific northwest (eck). I decided to make these cinnamon chocolate brownies because they are by far my favorite (I will post the recipe). They are dense and fudgy, with a crispy crust and top!
When I make these the neighbors come out of the woodwork and stand outside the kitchen window, because the smell wafts all the way down the row and they know what it means. They are excellent with a little peanut butter ice cream or cinnamon whip cream, or even all by themselves.
